BEST EMPLOYEE OF 2004

PTE honours Best Employees every year. The selection has 3 stages, the first stage: HOD nominates one of his sub-ordinates based on certain criteria. The second stage: the selected employees are subjected to a written test and the last stage is an interview session.
Eight employees were selected as the Best Employees of The Year : Mr. Iwan Setiawan (Engineering Dept.), Mr. Karta (Mill-3/GS), Mr. Achmad S. (Mill2-A), Mr. Ade Kusna (Security Dept.), Ms. Sri Juniatun (QAD-2), Ms. Evi Yulia (Accounts Dept.), Ms. Neniati (Mill-1/B) and Ms. Sri Puji Astuti (Training Dept.). The Best employees were given a prize and a certificate for their dedication and contribution to PTE. “Congratulations” to all the best employees who are also the inspiration for others.
