ASSESSMENT TRAINING WORKSHOP

PT. Elegant Textile Industry was proud to host “Assessment Training workshop” for chairman's WCM Awards 2004 during 15-19 July 2004 in Jakarta. In all twenty nine participants took part in the workshop from all the four group units in Indonesia. Mr. C.R. Dugar, President Director, PTE ; Mr. A.L. Pokharna, President Director ILT ; Mr. V.G. Somani, President Director PTS and Mr. J. Sridharan, Head CWCM inaugurated the programme in traditional way by lighting Deepak. In his inaugural speech, Mr. Dugar advised the Trainees to absorb knowledge from the workshop and apply the learning in their respective units to accelerate the journey towards quality excellence.
Mr. Suresh Lulla set the tone of the programme in an inimitable way and spoke about the assessment process including Feedback Process and Scoring Guidelines.
Mr. J. Sridharan and Mr. Naveen Goyal from CWCM dealt the learning process specifically in the context of Chairman's WCM Awards 2004 criteria with emphasis on assessment methods for Enablers, Processes and Results. Assessors gained practical knowledge by assessing progress of WCM related works in PTE and PTE was also benefited by getting valuable feedback from the participants.
