SATISFIED CUSTUMER; SUSTAINING BUSINESS GROWTH

Our Vision is to become first choice of our customers. This requires excellent customer Service, which in turn will delight our customers and shall be needed to have a long term relationship with our Customers.
With this purpose, a workshop on “Customer Service Excellence” was organized in PTE during 29th & 30th of March 2004 for the benefit of executives who are directly interacting with the customers. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Prakash Rohera from India, who has in his credit more than 1000 workshops on various Management topics .
The program was well received by the participants who came from all four group units in Indonesia .It was a useful learning event which has certainly added value to the knowledge and skills of our executives .
