Dr. SANTRUPT MISRA, DIRECTOR ABMCL VISITS PTE

Dr. Santrupt Mishra, ABMCL Director , Mr. Amit Chincholikar ,CHRD and Mr. R. Shankar from Mercer H.R. Consulting, Mumbai conducted a workshop on “Compensation and Talent Management” on 7 February 2004 in Jakarta. Senior executives from all five overseas spinning units including the President Directors attended the same.
Due to the presentation skill of the faculty members, the one- day programme become very lively and interesting. The audience took full advantages of the presence of Dr. Mishra to get their points clarified and understand the latest philosophy/direction in general and HRD initiatives in particular of Aditya Birla Group.
Mr C.R.Dugar welcomed Dr. Mishra in PTE on 8 February. The four Task Forces, which are working in PTE to take care of the areas of improvements with respect to OHS 2003, explained their activities through presentations.
Dr. Mishra gave a few valuable advices for the development of Human Resources in PTE, particularly for the female group who constitute 70% of our work force.
